Facilities Management Summit 2025 in Wellington

We were proud to attend the FM Summit 2025, held this year in the heart of Wellington. The Summit brought together a wide range of professionals from across the country. With a packed programme focused on purposeful leadership and innovation in FM, the event

highlighted how our sector in Plumbing, Roofing and Drainage can shape more resilient, efficient, and people-focused places across Auckland.

In addition to the rich programme of talks and panels, delegates had the opportunity to explore some of Wellington’s most significant and innovative facilities, including:

 Ngā Mokopuna – an aspiring Living Building focused on regenerative design.

 Resene’s Wellington-born Factory – showcasing local manufacturing excellence.

 The new Archives NZ Building – purpose-built to protect our nation's taonga for future generations.

As always, the Summit was a chance to reconnect with like-minded people working across the spectrum of facilities, plumbing, drainage, roofing, asset management and beyond — all passionate about improving the spaces where people live, work, and gather.
