What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a team of apprentices and staff on-site.
- Deliver high-quality long-run metal roofing on both maintenance and reroofing.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and management.
- Uphold top-tier safety standards and a professional work site.
What You Bring:
- 5+ Years’ Experience: Specifically in long-run metal (maintenance & projects).
- Proven Leadership: You’ve been a Foreman or Lead Hand and know how to keep a crew moving.
- Professionalism: You’re honest, punctual, and have a "can-do" attitude.
- The Essentials: Full Driver’s Licence is mandatory.
- The Edge: Site Safe, Working at Heights, and Harness qualifications are highly preferred.
